Terms of Service

EasyRezi is a resume builder. It gives you one single-column layout designed to be read correctly by applicant tracking systems, and exports it as a PDF. Writing and previewing a resume is free; exporting the finished PDF requires a paid plan.

Everything you write stays yours. We claim no licence over it, no right to publish or reuse it, and no ownership of the resume you produce — and as our privacy policy explains, we never receive it in the first place. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you put in your resume.

Payments are taken by Dodo Payments, which acts as merchant of record for the sale. Prices are shown on the pricing page before you pay.

• Weekly and monthly plans are subscriptions. They renew automatically at the end of each period, at the same price, until you cancel.
• The lifetime plan is a single payment with no renewal.

You can cancel a subscription at any time using the link in your receipt, or by emailing support@easyrezi.com. Cancelling stops the next charge; your access runs to the end of the period you have already paid for. For refunds, see the refund policy.

Please do not:

• resell or redistribute access to a paid plan,
• use the service to produce resumes containing knowingly false claims,
• attempt to bypass the export paywall or interfere with the service,
• scrape, copy or republish our pages, templates or example resumes as your own product,
• use the service for anything unlawful.

We may suspend an account that does any of these, and will say why when we do.

We promise a clean, machine-readable PDF. We do not promise an outcome. EasyRezi cannot guarantee that you will be shortlisted, interviewed or hired, and nothing on this site should be read as that guarantee.

“ATS-friendly” means the layout avoids the things that are known to break parsing: multiple columns, tables, text inside images, decorative characters in headings. There are many applicant tracking systems and employers configure them differently, so we cannot certify the behaviour of any particular one.

We aim to keep the service running and will not warn you before routine maintenance, because it is brief. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Because your draft is saved in your own browser, an outage does not put your work at risk — only exporting is affected.

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost opportunities or earnings connected to a job application. Where we are found liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be limited by agreement, including any statutory consumer rights.

You can stop using EasyRezi whenever you like and ask us to delete your account. We may end an account for a serious or repeated breach of the fair-use terms above. If we end your account without cause, we refund the unused part of your current period.

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept the new version. If a change materially reduces what you have paid for, we will tell paying customers by email.
