Upload or paste your resume

Drop in the text of your current resume — or start from a blank template if you don’t have one yet.

Your content flows into a single-column, ATS-readable format. Adjust any field and watch the live preview update.

3

Export a clean PDF

Download the finished resume and start applying — it parses correctly and reads clearly.

What EasyRezi fixes

Five formatting problems, handled for you.

When a resume gets filtered out, the cause is often the layout — not the experience on it. These are the problems EasyRezi rebuilds automatically.

Fix my resume

Two-column layouts

Side-by-side columns that break ATS parsers are rebuilt into one clean column.

Inconsistent fonts and spacing

Mixed typefaces and uneven gaps become one font with even spacing.

Cramped or wasted margins

Margins are reset so the page breathes without spilling onto page two.

Wrong section order

Sections are rearranged into the order recruiters and parsers expect.

Tables and graphics ATS can't read

Skill bars, star ratings, and tables become plain text that parses correctly every time.

Already have a resume that isn't getting replies?

Don't rewrite it — fix it. Paste your existing resume into the Resume Fixer and it's rebuilt into the same clean, ATS-readable format, with your content untouched.

Frequently asked questions

Why is my resume not getting past ATS?

Applicant tracking systems read your resume as plain text. Layouts with two columns, tables, text boxes, or graphics often get parsed in the wrong order — or not at all — so your experience can reach the recruiter scrambled or incomplete. A clean single-column layout with standard headings avoids most of these failures.

What's the best resume format in 2026?

A single-column, reverse-chronological layout is still the safest choice: standard section headings like Experience, Education, and Skills, one common font, consistent spacing, and a text-based PDF. It reads well for tracking systems and for recruiters skimming quickly.

Is a two-column resume bad for ATS?

Often, yes. Many parsers read straight across the page, so side-by-side columns can merge into nonsense or drop content entirely. EasyRezi rebuilds two-column resumes into a clean single column automatically.

What font and size should a resume be?

Stick to widely available fonts like Arial, Calibri, Georgia, or Times New Roman at 10–12 pt for body text, with slightly larger headings. Consistency matters more than the exact font — one typeface, even sizes, even spacing.

Is EasyRezi free?

You can create, edit, and preview your resume for free. A paid plan is required to download the finished PDF.
