Refund Policy

If EasyRezi did not do what you needed, email us within 7 days and we refund you. We do not ask why, and you do not need a reason.

The 7-day rule

Any plan — weekly, monthly or lifetime — is refundable in full if you ask within 7 days of the payment. That applies even if you have already exported a PDF; we would rather you kept the resume and took the money back than felt caught out.

After 7 days we look at requests case by case. If something on our side went wrong — a broken export, a charge you did not expect, a plan that never unlocked — we refund it regardless of when it happened.

How to ask

Send one email to support@easyrezi.com from the address you paid with. That is all we need to find the payment — no form, no account number, no explanation.

We reply within two business days. Once approved, the refund is issued through Dodo Payments to the original payment method. Their processing usually takes a further 5–10 business days to appear on a card statement, which is on your bank’s side rather than ours.

Subscriptions

Weekly and monthly plans renew automatically until cancelled. Two separate things you may want:

  • Stop future charges — cancel using the link in your receipt or email us. Your access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.
  • Get the last charge back — ask within 7 days of that charge and we refund it.

If a renewal caught you by surprise — you meant to cancel and forgot — say so and we refund it. That is not an exception we make grudgingly; an unwanted renewal is not a sale we want.

Before you file a chargeback

Please email us first. A chargeback takes weeks, costs us a fee, and usually resolves slower than we would have refunded you directly. If you do not recognise a charge on your statement, it will be listed under Dodo Payments rather than EasyRezi — that is our payment provider, not an unrelated company.
